Structured Management Systems and TelaPoint enhance Rusche's Web Site for

Customer's Orders

RICHMOND, VA - April 29, 2005 - Structured Management Systems, Inc. (SMS) announced

today that it and TelaPoint had joined together to provide technical assistance to Rusche

Distributing to enhance that company's web site so customers may log onto Rusche's web page

and place fuel orders. Rusche Distributing, a Houston, Texas division of Susser Petroleum,

provides bulk petroleum to Susser's Stripes convenience stores and others. Rusche is running

the latest version of SMS's software, EnergyElite e3. Utilizing Susser's web site

(www.susserpetroleum.com), Rusche wanted its customers to be able to access the SMS

database for pricing, ordering and other information. Rusche also wanted to link those

customer orders to the TelePoint dispatching software (www.telapoint.com). Structured

Management Systems devised a method utilizing SonicMQ technology that provides security

and allows all three systems to process the information instantaneously. That process includes

verifying orders, performing pre- and post- credit checks on the orders, posting them to the

EnergyElite e3 system, and dispatching the orders through TelaPoint. Everett Anthony, CEO of
